UnHack Your Mind · the mixer

What to cover next

How to use it

Seven channels, one for each part of the course. The highest channel is up next. Move any fader — the others make room, so the mix always balances. As you tell the pages you’re using what a section teaches, its channel comes down on its own and the rest come up. Reset puts every fader back where the mixer would recommend for where you are now: the course order, adjusted for what you’ve said you know.

How the mixer works

It always balances. The seven channels average 50. Pull one down by 24 and the other six each come up about 4. Push one up and the others make room.

Nothing goes to zero. Every channel stays between 10 and 90. Even a section you know well is always there to come back to.

It starts in course order — each section a little higher than the next — and changes as you go. When you mark a section’s pages I use it, its channel comes down by itself and the others rise. Could explain it brings it down a little.

The green bars beside each fader are how well you’ve said you know that section, from your own answers on its pages.

It’s yours. It lives on this phone, nothing is scored, and you can move anything at any time.
